Meeting Patricia White Buffalo
Patricia White Buffalo is a teacher and healer whose spiritual path is rooted in her childhood connection to nature. After losing this bond while growing up in the heart of Silicon Valley, a major professional and personal crisis led her to reconnect with her inner world and the Earth Spirits. Since then, she has guided those who wish to return to their essence and illuminate their path of transformation.
Her Journey
Her quest first led her to metaphysics, then to shamanism, Amita, who helped her heal her wounds, reclaim lost parts of her soul, and receive her spiritual name: White Buffalo ("Abundance of Light"). She then joined the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, completing its four-year program before teaching there for fourteen years. Patricia further enriched her approach with Core Energetics, which connects body, emotion, and essence.
She deepened her shamanic work in the deserts of New Mexico, where she created ritual objects, practiced ceremonies, and strengthened her connection with the Earth Spirits. She co-founded Winds of Change, a group dedicated to sound healing journeys, while simultaneously training in developmental psychology at the Center for Intentional Living. This allowed her to unify spiritual transformation with psychological processes.
Guided also by the spiritual traditions of India—Siddha Yoga, Mother Mira, Sai Baba, and Amma—Patricia experienced several profound awakenings that rooted her commitment to serving humanity. Now based on the northern coast of California, she shares a teaching internationally that brings together energy healing, shamanism, and psycho-spiritual work, helping each person reconnect with their true nature.
