Festivals, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences… Le Hameau de l’Étoile provides all the spaces and services you need: meeting rooms, catering, bar, accommodation, audio/video equipment, as well as the option to privatize the entire venue for an event fully dedicated to your gathering.
Le Hameau de l’Étoile offers 20 hectares of natural surroundings, 3,000 m² of buildings, 9 rooms, 3 car parks, and accommodation for 150 guests in winter / 200 during the warmer months. Close to Montpellier, it is an ideal venue for hosting groups of all sizes and creating an event that truly reflects your vision.
Festivals
For a successful festival, you ideally need several spaces, different rooms, accommodation options for all budgets, catering solutions, suitable equipment such as tables, chairs, sound systems and lighting, parking areas, and genuine expertise.
For more than 10 years, Le Hameau has hosted or co-organised several major festivals each year and has become a recognised venue for this type of event.
Our experience in group catering, event organisation, accommodation management, online ticketing, modular layouts and logistical support is a valuable asset for organisers.

–SOUL & BODY Festival: Since 2023, Le Hameau has been organizing a festival based around free and conscious dance: the SOUL&BODY Festival, which brings together over 35 workshops over 3 days, an event that is now eagerly awaited.
–TANTRA JOY Festival: Every year, Le Hameau co-organizes with Méditation France the large Tantra gathering "the TANTRA JOY Festival," an annual summer event that continues to grow in popularity.
–TantrÂmour Festival: Le Hameau also co-organizes, with the TantrÂmour team, another major Tantra gathering featuring more than 80 workshops and a team of 50 people.

Exhibitions

The exibition " Nouvelle Terre ", dedicated to therapeutic approaches, ancient traditions of well-being, and the awakening of consciousness, held its major 2016 event at the Hameau de l’Étoile.
BIRTHDAYS / ANNIVERSARIES
We do not host private birthday parties or events for families and children at the Hameau de l’Etoile, as it primarily serves as an adult training center. However, you can celebrate your organization's, school's, or company's anniversary with us to make it a memorable occasion. We can offer tailored services such as gourmet meals, entertainment, a dance evening, and coverage including photos and videos. Please contact us and describe your ideal anniversary celebration, and we can discuss how to make it happen.

INAUGURATIONS
An inauguration is always an important moment, whether it marks the launch of an organisation, a product, a concept or a service. In 2012, the Hameau de l’Étoile hosted the inaugural event of the association "Terre du Ciel" Sud de France, which took flight after this memorable weekend.
CONCERTS
Whether in our Orion room, with its 215 m² of space, under our 300 m² bamboo marquee, or outdoors, we can host musical evenings when the opportunity arises.We work with reliable local partners to hire equipment such as professional sound systems, a stage and lighting trusses. We can also provide photo and/or video coverage of your event through our communication studio, Studio des Étoiles.
Several artists have delighted their audiences on the stages of the Hameau de l’Étoile,
including Yves Mesnil, Quentin Kayser, David Lesage, Gospelize’ It, Praful, Cosmyte, Plendor Project, Claude Brame.
GATHERINGS
Bring together your colleagues, clients, partners or members for a team-building event, conferences, an escape weekend or a special occasion. Le Hameau de l’Étoile is an ideal setting for creating all kinds of gatherings, with the possibility of organising both outdoor and indoor activities.
A few references: the Swingjammerz association from Montpellier has come several times in June for its "River Party", which marks the end of its associative year with all its members. The programme includes river or swimming pool bathing, music, and dance evenings set to the lively rhythm of swing and lindy hop.
Open Day
Whether you are presenting a service or product, launching a new segment or market, organising a demonstration, or inviting your clients to meet and talk with you, the Open Day format is always welcoming. It allows you to bring together, in one single venue, the people your event is intended for.
