Breathing is fundamental

It's the first thing we do when we come into this world, and the last thing we do before we leave it. Between these two reference points, our breath accompanies us and reflects our state of being - open, closed, in fullness or restricted, in flow or apnoea, relaxed or blocked, the breath is a perfect mirror.

Following the emotional shocks and stress we have experienced, it is said that we often only breathe at 20 or 30% of our lung capacity - we are in survival mode! And not just physically, but also emotionally, mentally and even spiritually. The good news is that we can reverse this pattern. By freeing up and opening up our respiratory system again, we bring oxygen not only to the body, but also to the heart and mind.

Transformational Breath®: A Holistic Approach

The way we breathe mirrors the way we live. But how can we let life flow freely again? 

The breathwork Transformational Breath® technique begins by offering us a reading of our blockages: we become aware of our default mechanisms and how our breath tells the story of our life.

Then, thanks to the altered state of consciousness, we can plunge into our depths in a space of unconditional acceptance of our memories with their suffering and conditioning. We learn to surf these waves instead of being submerged, and by letting our breath flow freely, our painful memories become fluid and harmonious. Then, at the same time, our consciousness opens up in a deep meditative state to realise who we truly are, in our full potential, which often goes beyond our wildest dreams!

Transformational Breath® is a breathwork system that combines dynamic, diaphragmatic breathing with other tools such as acupressure, body mapping, affirmations, sound, movement, coaching and a spiritual framework. The aim is to become autonomous in our practice, and to be able to freely use this magical and natural power that we rarely think about, even though it's right under our noses!

And unlike other breathwork practices, Transformational Breath® can be adapted to suit individual needs and issues.
