Stays booked are on a full board basis. If you are part of a group, the booking confirmation is only valid on the dates of the meeting. For a stay with an arrival before the start date of the meeting or a departure after the end of the course, the response to the booking request is subject to the availability of our accommodation. An answer will be given on average one month before the start of your meeting. Reservations outside the dates of the meeting are therefore only firm and definitive after receipt of confirmation from our reception department.

Any request to change a reservation must be made to our reception service - by telephone 04 67 55 75 73, Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm - by e-mail to contact@hameaudeletoile.com. The modification of a reservation is firm and definitive only after reception of the confirmation from our reception service. Requests for changes may result in the application of cancellation conditions .

The prices are indicated in Euros, including VAT and excluding tourist tax. They are for full board per person per day. The prices indicated include only the overnight stay(s) and the meals provided on the dates and times of the meeting. To the price mentioned in the reservation will be added, at the time of invoicing, the additional services provided by the Hameau de l'Etoile during the stay and, if necessary, the tourist tax. The applicable prices are those in force on the day of the reservation. The Hameau de l'Etoile is free to change its prices at any time. Therefore, the price displayed during a visit to the booking site is only valid for orders taken during the period in which it is displayed. Only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is contractual.

Payment for all services must be made on arrival, directly to the Hameau de l'Etoile reception desk and no later than 7 working days after the client's departure date. The payment must be made in Euros. Bank charges remain the responsibility of the client. Any delay in payment of the balance will result in penalties at the annual rate in force (10.5% in 2020) to which will be added a fixed indemnity for collection costs, fixed at 40€. Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will automatically be reflected in the prices indicated on the date of the invoice

Cancellation of your reservation is free of charge until the day of arrival. Any cancellation request must be made as soon as possible to our reception service, by e-mail. Please note that if you register for a meeting at the Hameau de l'Etoile, the cancellation of your stay is not equivalent to the cancellation of your registration with the organiser. We ask you to inform the organiser in question as soon as possible. For any cancellation during the course of a stay, no refund will be made except in cases of force majeure.

Force majeure refers to any event external to the parties that is both unforeseeable and insurmountable and that prevents either the client or the hotelier from fulfilling all or part of the obligations stipulated in the contract. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the performance of the parties’ mutual obligations and that each party shall bear the costs arising therefrom.

The Hameau de l'Etoile cannot be held responsible for damage to or theft of any equipment, objects and/or personal effects brought onto the site, including in parked cars. (Unattended parking).

The Client accepts and undertakes to use the spaces in good manners. Any behaviour contrary to good morals and public order will lead the Hameau de l'Etoile to ask the organiser and/or the participants in the event to leave the establishment without any compensation or reimbursement of all the days booked. In the event of problems, the organiser will be held liable (obligation to take out a civil liability insurance policy). In the event of damage, the Hameau de l'Etoile reserves the right to invoice the organiser of the event for the cost of repair or replacement. The same applies to any infringement found after the departure of the group, in which case the amount of compensation will be debited from the Client's card. For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the buildings (common areas, rooms and bedrooms). The Hameau de l'Etoile does not accept children or animals. After 11 p.m., the noise level in the rooms and halls must not disturb the clientele of the Hameau de l'Etoile or its immediate neighbourhood. The hotel reserves the right to limit the noise level in case of excess. The rooms are made available to guests from 4pm onwards and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. In case of overrun, a "late check out" supplement of 20 euros will be charged until 12:00. After 12.00 noon, an additional night will be charged.

The information you are asked to provide when making a reservation is essential for the proper processing of your request. Le Hameau de l'Etoile will not sell this information to third parties under any circumstances. The data is only transferred to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of making reservations with the accommodation provider chosen by the customer or for the performance of other services to be provided by Le Hameau de l'Etoile.

Any complaint must be made to our establishment by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 15 days of the date of your departure.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court of MONTPELLIER.
