Vous n’allez pas seulement apprendre à devenir maître de votre respiration, mais aussi maître de votre vie, à travers les nombreux outils enseignés. Le programme inclut 2 à 3 séances de Transformational Breath® par jour, dont une séance dans l’eau chaude, la fontaine de jouvence des « 5 Rites Tibétains », « le Travail » de Byron Katie pour résoudre des jugements limitants, la Communication Dyadique, la connexion avec l'Enfant Intérieur, des Exercices Ludiques, l'Exercice du Pardon, le Programme de l’abondance, la Guérison par le Son, l'Analyse de la Respiration, la Cartographie du Corps, des courtes séances de coaching avant et après chaque séance...
