Le Hatha-Yoga&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">est de nature pratique, fait une large place aux postures (asana) et au contr&ocirc;le du souffle&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12px\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\">(pranayama), qui sont les troisi&egrave;me et quatri&egrave;me degr&eacute;s du yoga de Pata&ntilde;jali.
