Pour&nbsp;cela, le  tantra des 4 directions explore 4 chemins compl&eacute;mentaires :<\/p>\r\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n<li><strong>La Conscience<\/strong>, comme activateur de la dimensionspirituelle dans sa r&eacute;alit&eacute; v&eacute;cue et exp&eacute;riment&eacute;e.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;Ouverture<\/strong>, comme m&eacute;diateur de la rencontre subtile avec soi- m&ecirc;me et l&rsquo;autre.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>La Joie<\/strong>, comme &eacute;motion dynamisante pour retrouver l&rsquo;innocence dans le lien au corps.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Le Ralentissement<\/strong>, comme m&eacute;ditation relationnelle avec l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie douce du monde.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nNous vous proposons une approche singuli&egrave;re du Tantra : le Tantra des 4 directions.\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il s&rsquo;agit de trouver l&rsquo;essence de soi  (les sens de soi) au travers d&rsquo;exercices associant Tantra, Tao,  Sexoth&eacute;rapie et Art-th&eacute;rapie afin d&rsquo;&eacute;clairer ce pourquoi et ce par quoi,  nous sommes des &ecirc;tres de d&eacute;sir, de relation et de joie.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce d&eacute;sir et cette joie sont les moteurs  du Vivant, ils nous mettent en relation aux autres.
