Son parcours<\/h4>\r\nLe chemin de Thomas prend racine dans une qu\u00eate de gu\u00e9rison et de sens, n\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la perte pr\u00e9coce de sa m\u00e8re et des exp\u00e9riences difficiles v\u00e9cues jeune. Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es marqu\u00e9es par les addictions, la f\u00eate et une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de sa sant\u00e9 mentale, un premier contact avec la m\u00e9ditation en 2015 agit comme un tournant. Il part alors en Asie et vit une immersion d\u00e9cisive dans un monast\u00e8re bouddhiste tha\u00eflandais, o\u00f9 une exp\u00e9rience profonde de paix int\u00e9rieure transforme durablement sa relation \u00e0 la vie.\r\n\r\nIl quitte progressivement l\u2019alcool et les drogues, puis poursuit son chemin \u00e0 travers des voyages, des retraites et des formations aupr\u00e8s de ma\u00eetres et traditions vari\u00e9s : yoga, m\u00e9ditation, Vedanta, bouddhisme, tantra, pratiques chamaniques et d\u00e9veloppement personnel. Sa pratique s\u2019ancre principalement dans la m\u00e9ditation et le yoga, nourrie par les textes sacr\u00e9s, le silence, la vie en communaut\u00e9, les relations intimes et l\u2019accompagnement d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves. Thomas is a yoga and meditation practitioner, teacher, mentor, and guide. He shares a spirituality that is both embodied and transcendent, rooted in lived experience and daily practice. Through mentorships, retreats, and writing, he supports others in exploring awakening while remaining deeply engaged with relationships, vitality, and life in the world.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

His path<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Thomas\u2019s journey began as a search for healing and meaning following the early loss of his mother and other formative experiences that left deep imprints. Years of addiction to alcohol and drugs and immersion in the techno scene severely impacted his mental health, leading to anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts.<\/p>\r\n

A turning point came in 2015 when he discovered meditation. Drawn by the promise of inner freedom, he traveled to Asia and eventually entered a traditional Thai Buddhist monastery, living under monastic discipline. After days of struggle, a profound experience of inner calm and clarity arose, marking a lasting shift in his perception of life.<\/p>\r\n

Although he briefly returned to his former lifestyle, he soon left again and, by grace, stopped using alcohol and drugs permanently. Since then, he has lived and traveled around the world, studying with teachers, monks, and traditions spanning yoga, meditation, Advaita Vedanta, Buddhism, Tantra, shamanic practices, and modern spiritual approaches. His path remains anchored in meditation and yoga, nourished by silent retreats, sacred texts, mentorship, intimate relationships, and ongoing daily practice.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
