Apr\u00e8s la naissance de ses deux enfants, elle a orient\u00e9 sa pratique vers une approche plus corporelle, cherchant \u00e0 exprimer notre \u00catre lumineux \u00e0 travers le corps et dans la vie quotidienne. Sa d\u00e9marche holistique s'inscrit dans une volont\u00e9 d'harmoniser le corps et l'esprit.<\/span>\r\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son parcours<\/span><\/h4>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certifi\u00e9e en <strong>Naturopathie<\/strong>, en M\u00e9thode de Lib\u00e9ration des Cuirasses\u00ae et en Psychologie des Profondeurs de Jung, A\u00efma est \u00e9galement une animatrice <strong>Skydancing Tantra\u00ae<\/strong> certifi\u00e9e. Elle exerce \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve et \u00e0 Barcelone, o\u00f9 elle anime <a href=\"https:\/\/hameaudeletoile.com\/rencontres\/tel-33-s-cycle-3-la-joie-de-lesprit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">des ateliers<\/a> et des rencontres individuelles.
