Meeting Paula Nygren & Jarno Kinnunen
Paula Nygren and Jarno Kinnunen co-create spaces dedicated to relationship, awareness, and inner transformation. Their approach combines tantra, body-based practices, and breathwork in a grounded and experiential way. Paula guides explorations around touch, sexuality, and authentic connection, while Jarno supports these processes through breathwork and a stable, reassuring presence. Together, they offer environments that encourage self-discovery, emotional safety, and reconnection to life energy.
Their background
Originally trained as a nurse, Paula Nygren worked in psychiatry and as a school nurse before founding her company Lust in Life in 2013. A certified Sexsibility Coach and couples therapist inspired by EFT, she is trained in massage, tantra, and dearmouring. She offers tantra courses, touch and sexuality workshops for couples, women, and singles, as well as long-term trainings, annual programs for couples, body treatments, coaching sessions, and private tantra sessions. Since 2019, she has organized the Gothenburg Tantra Festival and facilitates workshops at various events. Her path is rooted in deep exploration of the body and breath, enriched by meditation, therapy, trauma work, inner child work, free dance, and yoga.
Jarno Kinnunen began a significant personal transition in 2017, leading him to explore practices supporting physical and emotional balance. After discovering kundalini yoga, he encountered tantra, and later breathwork, which became central to his work. He now facilitates group and individual breathwork and body therapy sessions in Sweden and internationally. He co-leads workshops and retreats with Paula and contributes to trainings, including as a co-teacher in Tantric Breathwork. His facilitation is characterized by a grounded, balanced, and supportive masculine presence, creating a safe space for deep transformation and self-exploration.
