Mihai Bănulescu discovered the transformative power of Authentic Relating, Circling, and T-Groups in 2010 when he joined the Authentic World Community Council. What began as a chance encounter quickly became a lifelong passion, guiding him on the profound journey from head to heart and deepening his ability to connect meaningfully with others.

In 2017, Mihai founded Connection Games, creating immersive experiences that foster trust, self-expression, and authentic human connection. He has since led retreats, workshops, and multi-week programs, cultivating spaces where spontaneity, vulnerability, and presence flourish.
Today, inspired by the power of community, Mihai continues to co-create and co-lead Connection Games events, exploring the limitless possibilities of deep, playful, and transformational connection.
