Meeting Igor Kufayev
Igor Kufayev, also known by the spiritual name Vamadeva, is a spiritual teacher, artist and author. His work is rooted in Advaita Tantra and Kashmir Shaivism, with a focus on the Way of the Heart, direct inner recognition, Kundalini, pranic purification and the transformation of consciousness.
His journey
Born in 1966 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Igor was classically trained in art and built an international career as an artist before dedicating himself to spiritual teaching. After a profound expansion of consciousness in 2001, he recognised Maharishi Mahesh Yogi as his spiritual guide and later deepened his path through Kashmir Shaivism and the teachings of Swami Muktananda.
Today, he offers immersions internationally, combining energetic transmission, breathwork, mantra, self-inquiry and emotional introspection. He is the founder of Flowing Wakefulness Sangha and the author of Camatkāra: The Hidden Path.
